What is an NDE?

NDEs are individuals who are unable to find traditional, living wage employment. These reasons can range from job seekers being long-time veterans, single parents with limited available hours, people with minor criminal records, or individuals from lower socio-economic backgrounds who lack the social networks needed to find well-paying jobs. These individuals create work for themselves through entrepreneurship.

How We Help

Our Program Coordinators review small businesses from the ground up, evaluating weak points and providing a plan for success. And we continually provide free, high quality mentoring and coaching up until such a time as an NDE business can generate a fair, living wage.

How You Can Help

Other than donations, we also need local individuals to donate their time for one-on-one mentoring, volunteers to help with classes and events, and corporate and private sponsors to help facilitiate this meaningful, much needed work.
